Fishmonger Apprenticeship Scheme
Several members of the council are involved in the Trailblazer Apprenticeship Review making the Apprenticeship Scheme for Fishmongers fit for purpose. With indispensable admin support from Seafish, there is representation from independent retailers, supermarkets and wholesalers who are working towards developing a robust scheme for future fishmongers
