The Fishermen’s Mission

Set up in 1881 by Ebenezer Mather, the National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen, was established to provide a ministry to fishermen and help improve their health. In 2006, the name was changed to The Fishermen’s Mission or the #FishMish, but the principal remains the same – The Fishermen’s Mission is the only national charity that works solely to support fishermen and their families,  offering practical, financial or emotional support in times of need to everyone in the fishing community.

The NFF are proud supporters of this very worthwhile charity, and many of our members already help to raise much needed funds

If you’d like to get involved, you can order your very own Albert collection box by getting in touch with the #FishMish directly by emailing Dean, our Partnership Manager – click the button below
